TGI Network's New Logo is Here!

Since its inception in 2011, TGI Network of Rhode Island has been bringing support, advocacy, and education to the Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Intersex Community of Rhode Island and surrounding areas. Over the past decade, TGI Network has seen our community needs and opportunities grow and we have grown with them.

As we move into our second decade, we have updated our logo to better reflect our community. Prominent in the new logo is the familiar trans symbol that incorporates the traditional “male” and “female” signs and adds a third element to suggest the diversity of genders. This symbol is rendered in purple as this is a color common among the different pride flags used by our diverse community such as the Non-Binary, Gender Fluid, and Intersex Pride flags. At the center of the new logo is a pink anchor with a blue TGI banner symbolizing both our trans and Rhode Island roots.

As TGI Network continues our valuable work in the years ahead, we want our new logo to serve as a fresh way to represent everyone in our Transgender, Gender Diverse, and Intersex Community.

A special thank you goes out to Gaby Ann Love for her work in helping us design our new logo. She took our rudimentary drawing and transformed it into a true work of art.
