TGI provides training programs and events for organizations and employers seeking to expand their knowledge in meeting the needs and caring for people of trans experience. The Trans Inclusive Leadership Academy (TILA) assists in developing curricula, open environments and safe spaces in employment, learning, medical and social environments.
